    CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

    Bodyweight Blaster

    This full body bodyweight workout will blast fat and push your fitness to the next level.


    Buti Yoga

    Buti Yoga is a movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts  & deep core conditioning. 


    Core Crusher

    During this 30-minute class, we will build core strength through a variety of ab exercises and strength movements.


    Full Body Blaster

    Get ready for cardio, strength, core and more! 

    You will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to build muscle and strengthen your entire body. We will run you through a series of core exercises to challenge your core strength.


    HIIT It!

    Tire flips, sled push, battle ropes, oh my! This HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout will get your heart pumping and your sweat flowing.


    Leg Day Burn

    Build that booty. Tone those thighs. Sculpt your calves.

    During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to target the biggest muscles in your body.


    Open Gym 

    Come on in for one hour to do a workout of your own or complete the WOD on the board. Check-in with us in the PT Studio. Sweat it out in the Main Gym.  


    Open Spin

    Pop in to The Studio, hop on a NordicTrack bike, follow and iFit Trainer or do your own thing.


    Saturday Slam 

    Hit the weights, crush some cardio and have some fun!
    During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to build muscle and strengthen your body. 


    Strength & Mobility 

    Move, feel and perform your best!

    During this class, our mobility coach will take you through a series of movements to improve your flexibility and joint stability to help you become more resilient in athletics and everyday life.


    Spin Class

    A FitClub Coach will guide you through a fun and challenging 45-minute ride.


    Tabata

    Get ready to push your body to its limits during this Tabata workout.

    Tabata consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in rounds of 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals. Four minutes have never felt so good. During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight to work your entire body.


    Upper Body Burn

    From push-ups to bicep curls to gator walks and more, this class will help you sculpt and tone your arms, back, shoulders and abs.

    You will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to build muscle and strengthen your upper body.


    Weekend Warrior

    Trainers choice! Get ready for an awesome full body workout.

    During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to work your entire body.


    Yoga

    Our yoga classes focus on stretching, balance, flexibility and promoting a sense of peace and calm.
