YOUR FIRST THREE CLASSES ARE FREE
We run a variety of bootcamps to make you sweat and get you fit. All fitness levels welcome. Each class is one hour in length.
Our outdoor workouts take place just outside the gym. We maintain physical distancing of 6 feet or more. No equipment is shared during class. Everything is sanitized after each workout. Hand sanitizer is available during each class.
Monday: 8 a.m, 5 p.m. 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 5 p.m. & 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m., 4:30 p.m. & 6 p,m.
Thursday: 5:30 p.m. & 7 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m., 4 p.m. & 7 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m., 9 a.m. & 10:30 a.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. & 9:30 a.m.
