Full Body Blaster

You will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to build muscle and strengthen your entire body. We will run you through a series of core exercises to challenge your core strength.
Tire flips, sled push, battle ropes, oh my! This HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout will get your heart pumping and your sweat flowing.
Leg Day Burn
Build that booty. Tone those thighs. Sculpt your calves.
During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to target the biggest muscles in your body.
Come on in for one hour to do a workout of your own or complete the WOD on the board. Check-in with us in the PT Studio. Sweat it out in the Main Gym.
Power Flow Yoga
This class converts the practice of traditional yoga to a more active, athletic and challenging gym workout. You will build muscle strength and endurance while you fire up your core!

Our skipping class combines jump rope variations with strength and cardio exercise. This HIIS (High Intensity Interval Skipping) workout will have you burning calories while having fun. It helps improve timing, balance, coordination and agility - and as an added bonus - tones the upper body, lower body and core. Non-skipping/low impact options provided during every class.
STRONG Nation® is a high-intensity, full body workout combining bodyweight movements, muscle conditioning, plyometrics, martial arts moves and cardio training. Think burpees, lunges, push-ups among other high impact moves synced to music. It's a fun but challenging total body workout!
Get ready to push your body to its limits during this Tabata workout.
Tabata consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in rounds of 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals. Four minutes have never felt so good. During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight to work your entire body.
