CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Early Bird Legs

Build that booty. Tone those thighs. Sculpt your calves.

During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to target the biggest muscles in your body.


Early Bird HIIT

Tire flips, sled push, battle ropes, oh my! This HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout will get your heart pumping and your sweat flowing.


Early Bird Upper 

From push-ups to bicep curls to gator walks and more, this class will help you sculpt and tone your arms, back, shoulders and abs.

You will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to build muscle and strengthen your upper body.


Early Bird Tabata

Get ready to push your body to its limits during this Tabata workout.

Tabata consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in rounds of 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals. Four minutes have never felt so good. During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight to work your entire body.


Early Bird Full Body

Get ready to work your full body during this morning workout.

You will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to build muscle and strengthen your entire body. We will run you through a series of core exercises to challenge your core strength.


Total Body HIIT

Get ready to sweat. Get ready to burn calories. Get ready for some fun!

Similar to the Early Bird HIIT, we will use a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style workout to target your entire body. 


Mid-Morning Blaster

Break up your day with an amazing workout.

During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to build muscle and strengthen your body. We often use our rowers, bikes and treadmills during this workout as well.


HIIT It / Therapy Tuesday

Our Tuesday nights rotate between a Total Body HIIT class (see description about) and Therapy Tuesday. Therapy Tuesday is your chance to get your frustrations out on the turf - think slam balls, battle ropes, kickboxing, etc.


Upper Body Burn

Target your triceps, biceps, traps and more. 

During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to build muscle and strengthen your upper body and core.


Work It Tabata 

Get ready to burn some calories and strengthen your muscles during this Tabata workout.

Cross Training 

Build strength and conditioning with high-intensity functional movements. Learn movements like thrusters, front squats, deadlifts and the snatch during this WOD (workout of the day).

During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to work your entire body.


Full Body Friday

We will work your muscles from head to toes with special focus on your core.

You will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to build muscle and strengthen your entire body. We will run you through a series of core exercises to challenge your core strength.


Weekend Warrior

On Sundays, we lift!

During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and/or barbells to work your entire body.


STRONG by Zumba

Get strong this summer!

STRONG by Zumba® is a high-intensity, full body workout combining bodyweight movements, muscle conditioning, plyometrics, martial arts moves and cardio training. Think burpees, lunges, push-ups among other high impact moves synced to music. It's a fun but challenging total body workout!
